A1: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and verify the quality and performance. Mixed model samples are acceptable too.
Q2: Do you have any MOQ limit?
A2: NO MOQ. Please just send us inquiry.
Q3: What is the lead time?
A3: We have some stock for common models. Common model samples take 1-3 days; bulk orders take 3-10 working days. Uncommon models take 20-30 working days and depends on the actual situation of the production line.
Q4: Do you offer warranty for the products?
A4: Yes, we provide 18 months warranty for the failure or damage under normal use conditions. If the equipment has been used for over 18 months, reasonable repair expenses will be charged.
